I am a full-time Realtor® with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties – primarily serving the Santa Barbara area – with proven success in helping clients build wealth through real estate.

Whether leading the design of clients' strategic renovations to yield top dollar for their listing or representing investors in property acquisitions for long-term rental income, I work in a variety of capacities to ensure my clients' net worths increase from the real estate deals through which I serve them. Even in non-investor transactions when helping a client find their perfect home or vacation home, I methodically analyze a listing's characteristics to ensure protection of the client's investment as well as the property's dual potential as an income source either immediately or in the future.

At the University of California Santa Barbara, I studied Linguistics and Diplomacy and spent a semester in Jordan immersing myself in Arabic and diplomatic affairs. After school, I worked as an assistant to several top-producing realtors and as a professional writer and Certified Transaction Coordinator – licensed in managing the flow of real estate contracts and other transaction documents. In the workplace I prioritize professionalism, work ethic, integrity, and attention to detail.

I also serve as President on the board of directors of Santa Barbara Young Professionals Club and in my free time enjoy networking, skiing, reading, practicing yoga, and visiting my hometown, Portland, Oregon.
